On 31 May 2021, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, Swtizerland confirmed the decision taken by FIFA DRC in favor of our client the portugal football player Pedro Eugenio against his former club Altay SK – Izmir (Turkey).

In 2019, the player unilaterally terminated his contractual relationship with Altay SK. The reason for the termination was the non-payment of his monthly remunerations (Art. 14bis of FIFA RSTP)

This is the third case that our legal office won against Altay SK.
